• The name and phone number of the persons staying (for safety reasons) will be communicated.
• Payment is made at the time of accommodation.
• Indoor slippers will be worn inside the houses.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottages.
• The dishes are washed by the users.
• Air conditioning (where applicable) is used only with the windows closed.
• For the barbecue, the coals will be brought by you.
• No pets allowed.

• The music is played at a level where those around you will not be disturbed.
• Respect others around you as you would like to be respected.

Viewtopia – The Secret Land is surrounded by a river and two streams. A fishing lake, bridges and islands on the lake are located on the property. Due to the natural environment, it is possible to find insects (spiders, mosquitoes, ticks, ants), animals (dogs, cats, small water snakes, lizards) and birds.
